Melt Hot Pilates Terms of Service

Welcome to Melt Hot Pilates LLC (“Melt Hot Pilates,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, class bookings, memberships, and other services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our Services, creating an account, purchasing a class pack or membership, or attending a class, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and participate in classes, or have parental consent if under 18. By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You are of legal age to enter into this agreement.

  • You are physically able to participate in (heated) Pilates classes safely or have clearance from a healthcare professional if needed.

2. Services and Memberships

  • Class Packs & Memberships: All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Expiration: Class packs expire as stated at purchase.

  • Studio Cancellations & Rescheduling: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time. If we cancel a class, your class credit will remain available for future use.

  • No Refunds: All purchases, including memberships, class packs, and drop-ins, are final.

  • Client Cancellation Policy: We require at least 12 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancels or no-shows may result in the loss of class credit or fee.

3. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By attending any Melt Hot Pilates class (heated or non-heated), you:

  • Acknowledge the physical nature of Pilates and hot fitness classes.

  • Will notify instructors of any injuries or limitations before class begins.

  • Understand and accept that participation carries the risk of injury, including but not limited to muscle strain, heat-related illness, and accidental injury.

  • Release Melt Hot Pilates LLC, its staff, and contractors from any liability for injuries or damages arising from participation, except as prohibited by law.

4. Studio Etiquette

To maintain a safe, welcoming, and elevated experience for all members of the Melt Hot Pilates community, we ask that you follow our studio etiquette:

  • Arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted.

  • Treat instructors, fellow participants, and studio staff with courtesy. Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Cell phones are not permitted in the studio room. Cell phones must be silenced and stored in lockers prior to the start of class.

  • Please clean personally used equipment after class.

Melt Hot Pilates reserves the right to remove any participant from class or suspend access if conduct disrupts the studio environment or violates these etiquette guidelines.

5. Accounts & Booking

  • Accounts are created and managed via Mariana Tek.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

  • You agree to provide accurate and current information for your account and bookings.

  • Booking is available via website www.melthotpilates.com and mobile app.

6. Payment and Billing

  • Payments are processed securely through Mariana Tek and its payment providers (e.g., Stripe).

  • By making a purchase, you authorize Melt Hot Pilates to charge your payment method for the total amount due.

  • Failed payments may result in account suspension until resolved.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

  • Disrupt classes, create unsafe conditions, or damage studio property.

  • Share your membership or class pack with others.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, and materials on our website or in-studio are the property of Melt Hot Pilates LLC. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services for any violation of these Terms or for behavior that poses a safety risk to others.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Melt Hot Pilates is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your participation in classes or use of the Services. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Davidson County, TN.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to our website with the new Effective Date. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of any changes.
