CLASS FORMATS
At Melt, we blend classical and contemporary mat Pilates and practice in an infrared-heated room for a little extra spice. Classes invite you in with a grounding warmup, flow into dynamic sequencing, and round out class with a calming cool down. Through lighting and music, we curate the studio to match the energy of the movement as we progress throughout class, ensuring you are present through the entirety of your workout. Expect to sweat (melt!), utilize a plethora of props, and experience an ever changing full body workout.
